Description

• Reports to the Director of Information Technology • Seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Support Engineer to join our 6-person IT team • Role combines advanced end-user support with system administration • Focus on cloud-based environments and modern endpoint management solutions • Ideal candidate will have experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Intune • Contribute to the optimization and security of our IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles • Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and endpoint security best practices • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies • Preferred Certifications (Optional): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+
