β€’ Provide technical support to customers and distribution partners β€’ Answer technical questions via various channels β€’ Perform root-cause analysis on product performance issues β€’ Create and edit technical product literature β€’ Maintain databases related to transfection and product citations β€’ Collaborate with various departments to improve customer satisfaction β€’ Travel up to 10% as needed

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline β€’ 4 years of life science research/lab experience β€’ 3-5 years of experimental design and troubleshooting β€’ 3+ years wet lab experience β€’ 3+ years public speaking/presentation experience β€’ Experience with transfection, electroporation and viral transduction workflows preferred β€’ Strong problem-solving skills β€’ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Comfortable with setting and upholding deadlines
