Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations, you’ll be leading our team of talented Account Managers to achieve their add-on sales targets for existing MealSuite clients. • A day in the life as a Manager, Account Management: • Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve annual sales targets • Develop and implement strategies to drive upsells and add-on sales • Support and assist the Account Management team in identifying growth opportunities • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer hand-offs and experiences • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Customer Success and the Support team for ongoing alignment and seamless working relationships between teams • Monitor team performance and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Conduct regular team meetings • Lead the hiring process for new account managers as MealSuite continues to grow • Provide ongoing coaching and training • Prepare and present reports on team performance • Drive team compliance with Salesforce reporting and other tools. • We know imposter syndrome can be REAL when applying for a new role, but please don't let the confidence gap prevent you from taking a leap and applying for your dream job. • I have knowledge of SaaS solutions within the Healthcare or Senior Living industry • I gained my knowledge through direct experience in an inside sales leadership role • I have experience with complex HealthTech or foodservice software systems • I’m familiar with reseller business models • I’m exceptional at problem solving • I have a proven ability to lead teams to achieve their annual sales goals • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
