•Is a Principal / Lead SE with ten + years of experience in pre-sales roles •Has experience winning large deals (mid-seven to eight figure deals) •Has working experience across mainframes, midranges, and legacy applications •Has working experience white-boarding modern architectures (ex. cloud native k8s deployments managed with automated testing) •Nurtures technical champions / coaches •Strong preference for candidates with experience with mainframes in financial services
