• Lead the development and execution of the organization's overall partnerships and corporate strategy. • Align partnership initiatives with the company’s growth objectives. • Provide strategic market insights and partnership opportunities. • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key external partners. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams across sales, marketing, product development, legal, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field • Experience in product leadership, or commercial experience within product-driven organizations • Deep industry expertise in pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors • Proven experience in establishing and championing best practices for partnerships • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams • Proven analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to effectively manage relationships with key external partners • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence
