📋 Description
• Get Enterprise customers onboarded onto the Medallion platform • Migrate data into Medallion and develop documentation • Engage customers during their critical journey • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Product • Shape the customer experience for crucial clients
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling or analytics, ideally with experience in working with complex data sets • 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise clients and/or on strategic client projects • Strong understanding of relational databases and able to write SQL • Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with a scripting language, preferably Python • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company and/or a startup
