Description

• Medely is seeking a Revenue Enablement Lead to own, develop and drive the execution of our enablement programs and initiatives for the Revenue Organization. • The Revenue Enablement Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing effective enablement programs that support our Go-To-Market teams' success. • This role will focus on creating, delivering, and measuring the impact of enablement content and training programs that help our sales and account management teams perform effectively.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Enablement within technology environments • Proven track record of creating engaging, effective sales training content and programs • Strong project management skills with ability to drive programs independently • Experience using and administering sales tools and systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of sales processes and methodologies • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Natural talent for breaking down complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance • Strong instructional design skills with ability to break down complex concepts into digestible learning modules • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to measure and improve program effectiveness • Proficient in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and ability to teach these concepts effectively • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered
