Description

• Thrive in culture of growth and help customers live a life without limits. • Work from home with provided laptops and headsets. • Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:30-8pm EST with weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency, care and expertise. • Empathize with clients to resolve outstanding issues and renegotiate terms. • Retain existing customer base through active listening and ownership of issues. • Execute, monitor, and coordinate repricing for designated customers. • Communicate clearly in both oral and written form. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. • Independently resolve customer issues with strong problem solving. • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets. • Excellent time management skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. • Passion for generating sales with proven call center experience. • Utilize rapport building to ethically meet customer needs. • Competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals. • Complete background/employment history investigation and drug screening. • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task.
