Description

β€’ Diagnose and resolve basic problems using documented procedures and checklists in the performance of most responsibilities. β€’ Enter call data into a tracking system. β€’ Escalation of problems to higher level technical support professionals when necessary. β€’ Support for Medline customers that order Medline products through Medline.com.

Requirements

β€’ Experience with assisting customers with web based ordering. β€’ Experience assisting customers using multiple browsers (e.g., Edge, Chrome and others). β€’ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. β€’ Excellent verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong competence within a Windows & MS Office environment. β€’ Proven experience working within a team environment. β€’ Ability to problem solve and investigate issues when provided with minimal information.
