📋 Description

• The Clinic Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the overall marketing function across unique MedSpa Partner clinics and segments. • Reporting to the Director of Clinic Marketing, this role will lead the planning and implementation of clinic marketing strategies, activating marketing channels that fit the unique clinic needs. • Manage budget and resources across a defined segment of MSP clinics. • Develop strong relationships with key team members within clinic marketing, operations and clinic staff. • Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing the required guidance and overview of the marketing deliverables. • Work with the Director of Clinic Marketing to support clinic onboarding and ongoing integration and optimization within the MSP platform. • Support the execution and performance of clinic marketing activities across multiple channels: email, SMS, social, website, advertising, PR, partnerships, and local/in-clinic events. • Provide reports on segment KPIs and as well as quarterly priorities for the clinic marketing team.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a bachelor degree in marketing or related field • You have 5+ years of marketing management experience in a local multi-unit, medical aesthetics or clinic based business • You have strong skills in digital marketing, keeping high standards across social media, email, graphic design and website needs • You have a deep understanding of SMB marketing tactics • You have managed and build teams of marketing specialists • You use excellent time management and project prioritization skills • You have excellent analytical and presentation skills • You have a proactive understanding of unique business needs and can develop bespoke solutions for different market environments and realities • You have a proven ability to drive impact through cross-discipline integrated plans • You have proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Suite and Canva
