Description

• We are seeking an organized and client-focused Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for clients and virtual assistants (VAs). • In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact, coordinating system setups, training schedules, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the account management team. • This position requires experience in client onboarding, account management, and technical setups, ideally in a SaaS or healthcare setting. • The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.

Requirements

• Education/Experience: • Experience in account management for a SaaS company, particularly in technical setup for clients and VAs, or • Experience in dental or healthcare administration, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with doctors and understanding practice dynamics. • Strong background in client onboarding or account management (in SaaS or healthcare sectors). • Technical Skills: • Proficient with EMRs, VOIP, and communication tools like Slack, Google Meet, and Skype. • Experience in managing data collection, system access, and account setup for software and communication platforms. • Soft Skills: • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage onboarding processes for multiple stakeholders. • High attention to detail to ensure onboarding processes are efficient and error-free. • Excellent relationship-building skills to ensure a positive and professional client experience.
