Requirements
• 2+ years of experience managing teams with a minimum of five engineers • 4+ years of experience as a 3D/CAD/CAM or robotic automation software engineer and a total of 6 years of experience in software engineering overall • Experience building user facing applications leveraging common GUI concepts • Knowledge of object oriented design principles • Experience with cross platform code - web, server and desktop applications • Familiarity with 3D modeling algorithms and procedures • Experience working directly with recruiters to develop and drive the recruiting pipeline and processes (including interviewing) • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience or education • Experience in profiling, debugging, and testing complex systems
