📋 Description
• Responsible for essential specialized support and executing all aspects of the onboarding process • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires • Coordinate onboarding schedules • Ensure necessary pre-employment checks are completed • Partner closely with hiring managers and candidates • Respond to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience • Facilitate and monitor onboarding sessions • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees • Collect feedback from new hires • Maintain documentation for legal compliance • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding process • Collaborate to develop and update onboarding materials • Stay current with industry trends • Regular and reliable attendance
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
