Description

• MEMX is searching for a Sales Engineer to join our team. • The Sales Engineer role is crucial in bridging the gap between the technical team and clients, ensuring that products and services are well understood and meet clients' business requirements. • Technical expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the products we offer, their functions, and how they work. • Client Interaction: Consult with MEMX clients to understand their needs. • Product demonstrations: Partner with MEMX sales team to demonstrate product functionality to clients. • Technical support: Provide technical expertise during negotiations and help clients troubleshoot issues. • Sales support: Work with the MEMX sales team to secure new business and maintain client trust. • Product Support: Work with MEMX sales and product management teams to assess new opportunities, system enhancements & additions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Experience with mission critical, real-time, high availability distributed software systems • Experience with network hardware, software, and communication links • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role • Comprehensive understanding of our specific functional area • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to travel or be present at conferences • Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
