📋 Description

• Lead and expand Menlo Security's business in the Indian market. • Drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance brand presence while ensuring operational excellence. • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for India, aligning with Menlo Security’s global vision. • Drive revenue growth through direct enterprise sales and channel partnerships. • Identify new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships in BFSI, IT, Government, and other critical sectors. • Establish and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and managed security service providers (MSSPs). • Build and lead a high-performing India team, including sales, marketing, and technical support functions. • Act as the face of Menlo Security in India, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 Years of Sales & Sales Management Experience: Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. • Proven track record in scaling business operations and achieving revenue targets in India. Strong understanding of the local market, industry trends, and competitor activity. • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop creative solutions. • Experience working with large enterprises, government agencies, and regulated industries. • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT leaders, and channel partners. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
