Requirements

β€’ Ten or more years of account management and consultative sales. β€’ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams. β€’ Must be able to manage a diverse work group, motivate them, and maximize productivity. β€’ Demonstrated customer focus orientation. β€’ Driven to goals by motivating team members. β€’ High integrity and work ethic. β€’ Demonstrated industry and business leadership experience. β€’ A record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven management and leadership experience skills. β€’ Ten or more years in an account management role that includes relationship building with senior leadership. β€’ Proven track record of renewing and expanding business. β€’ Proven understanding of health insurance marketplace. β€’ Ability to cultivate client relationships for the long term. β€’ Proven success preparing business plans and strategies. β€’ Demonstrated success preparing and executing client presentations. β€’ Proposal development experience. β€’ Ability to successfully leverage internal resources across organizational boundaries to meet client needs. β€’ Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organizational skills.
