Requirements
• 6+ years of relevant banking/payment operations experience and 4+ years of strategic partnerships experience or B2B/payment product experience • Strong partnership leader • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage partnerships both tactically and strategically • Empathy and strong product sense • Excellent negotiator • Technically inclined • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Creative problem solver • Customer-focused
