📋 Description

• Mercury is building a complete finance stack for startups. • Fraud teams conduct investigations, develop scalable procedures, and build proactive controls to prevent, detect, and report fraudulent activity. • As Senior Fraud Manager, be responsible for leading multiple teams and collaborating with Risk Strategy, Compliance, and Risk Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in the Fraud space and 8+ years of work experience overall • Experience building account-level (first party) and transaction-level (third party) fraud prevention programs • 4+ years of people management experience, preferably of Fraud investigators • experience managing managers and/or building a new team • Strong analytical thinker - metrics-driven and results-oriented • Excellent collaborator and communicator - can motivate team, secure buy-in from leadership • Comfortable with decision-making in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Excellent collaborator and communicator - can partner effectively with Engineering, Product, and Design teams • Enjoy learning new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment
