🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation required. • 7+ years of progressive experience in equity administration, including at least 3 years in a public company environment preferred. • Strong expertise in Equity Edge Online and stock-based compensation accounting. • Comprehensive understanding of equity instruments, applicable tax regulations, and public company disclosure requirements. • Proven experience managing employee stock purchase plans and navigating global equity complexities. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and scale operations in a dynamic environment. • Proven leadership and people management experience, with a focus on team development.
