• Lead sales efforts across the United States for industrial equipment manufacturer • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target new clients and deepen existing customer relationships • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform sales approach • Prepare and present high-level sales proposals and contracts • Oversee a team of regional sales managers and representatives • Provide updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics to leadership team • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the industrial manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and growing market share • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at the C-suite level • Deep understanding of the industrial manufacturing landscape, including key trends, competitors, customer requirements, and industry regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify insights, and develop strategic sales plans • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools to manage the sales pipeline and track performance • Excellent team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States to meet with clients and attend industry events
