📋 Description

• focusing, coordinating, organizing, and directing territory sales efforts • build product demand through effective relationships and value in sales calls • increasing sales of product offerings and upholding Merits Health Products mission • collaborate cross functionally within Merits USA • develop customer knowledge of products and target key accounts • exceed budgeted sales goals • educate customers on value proposition and benefits of products • travel within assigned territory a minimum of (4) four days per week • attend and participate in weekly calls and provide reports on sales activities • remain current on product development, industry standards, competitors, and customer strategies • follow company policies and procedures • attend and participate in Sales Team bi-annual conference meetings

🎯 Requirements

• related college degree with five (5) years of related sales and industry experience • or equivalent combination of closely related experience, education, and/or training • RESNA credentialed and/or ATP very much preferred • solid time management skills • very strong interpersonal skills and negotiating skills • dedicated team player with excellent collaborative qualities • extremely meticulous initiative-taker who can work independently and within a team • computer literate with proficiencies in MS Office applications • recent experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Epicor, or similar • valid US Driver’s License in good standing • SUV, Van, Crossover, or similar vehicle in excellent running condition • ability to consistently and effectively present information and respond to high email/message volume • dependable with excellent attendance record • willing to travel as expected
