Description

• overseeing tasks for multiple new airport site implementations across the US • responsible for ensuring all tasks are on track to achieve our implementation timelines • developing detailed project plans that outline the scope, resources, timeline, and deliverables for each implementation • coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success • leading, mentoring and growing a team of implementation professionals • communicating effectively with clients to understand their business processes • managing client expectations and providing regular updates • identifying potential risks and issues early, and proactively developing mitigation strategies • conducting training sessions and workshops for clients • ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget • monitoring the post-implementation environment • documenting best practices and lessons learned • assisting with the creation of support materials, such as user guides and FAQs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation management • Experience working with airports and airport systems, ideally with a background in ecommerce or online reservations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to champion complex projects • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Ability to travel as needed to client sites across the US • Willingness to work occasional irregular hours to accommodate US and UK time zones • Close proximity to Metropolis airport/location/office preferred
