🎯 Requirements

• Marketing Strategy Experience: You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy across media, creative and/or performance marketing. Agency or agriculture marketing experience is required. • Curiosity & Creativity: You are a curious individual, constantly staying on top of trends in culture and the marketing industry. You can connect the dots to identify interesting insights and pitch provocative ideas. • Project Management: You are organized and can simultaneously manage multiple engagements while consistently delivering high-quality work. • Consulting and facilitation: You are a skilled facilitator and can navigate a variety of different personalities and work styles. • Flexibility of thinking: You can think across the full marketing spectrum and flex your thinking from high to low. You have strong opinions that are loosely held. • Figure-it-out-itude: You take the initiative to solve problems and seek out opportunities to improve systems. • Growth Mindset: You look for opportunities to collect feedback and foster personal growth.
