Description

β€’ The Sales Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and effective sales compensation programs. β€’ This role requires a strong understanding of sales compensation, best practices, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in sales compensation design and administration, preferably in manufacturing or construction industry. β€’ Experience with various compensation plan structures (e.g., quota-based, commission-only, hybrid).
