Description

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation design and administration, preferably in manufacturing or construction industry. • Experience with various compensation plan structures (e.g., quota-based, commission-only, hybrid).
