• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners • Drive growth and maximize sales opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to support partners • Analyze market trends and performance data • Develop and implement sales programs for distributor partners • Conduct regular business reviews with partners • Provide reporting on partner performance metrics • Act as liaison between partners and internal teams • Stay informed about industry developments • Represent the company at industry events

Requirements

• 2+ years account management, business development, or B2B sales • Experience in managing and growing a distributor partner network with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives with 1MM+ annual quota • Experience with CRM software • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree
