And we like to have fun. β’ The Relationship Manager proactively cultivates strong relationships with clients and acts as their chief advocate within StarCompliance. β’ Responsible for managing the client operating environment required to grow the existing StarCompliance business by selling new products and services or increasing usage of our product. β’ Requires strong, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and motivation to drive revenue. β’ Communicating accurate, concise, and clear information in both verbal and written formats is essential. β’ Strong new business acumen is imperative. β’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and long-term profitability of StarCompliance accounts. β’ Using the CRM and support ticketing systems, maintain a detailed history of activities and satisfaction level for each relationship. β’ Cultivate strategic business relationships with both end users and top-level executives within each company. β’ Identify and coordinate innovative solutions to address clients' strategic challenges while growing existing account revenue.
β’ College Degree β’ Highly structured, organized, and attentive to detail β’ Ability to interact professionally at all levels, both internally and externally β’ Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills β’ Ability to identify new business opportunities and adeptly manage the sales process β’ Highly structured, organized, and attentive to detail β’ Ability to see open issues to resolution β’ Minimum of two years of experience in relationship management and/or sales β’ Experience in a Sales, quota-carrying role with proven negotiation skills β’ Enterprise Account Management experience β’ Familiarity with software web applications and product workflows β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs β’ Experienced in Salesforce CRM application β’ Ability to manage multiple deliverable deadlines in parallel
