• Assist small business Account Managers • Provide primary support on ad hoc projects • Building and maintaining constructive relationships with customers • Actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities • Support retention of renewal business • Ensure continuous and proper coverage for clients
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years’ experience of Commercial Lines client management experience • Valid STATE P&C brokers’ license • College degree preferred • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred • Knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting
