Description

• Responsible for developing and expanding relationships with Mitel Channel Partners • Positioning Mitel to maximize sales and revenue growth • Build and manage joint business plans and sales strategies • Expand sales and revenue opportunities through assigned partners • Enhance partners’ effectiveness within the Mitel Global Channel Partner Program • Coordinate partner access to pre-sales and post-sales resources • Monitor partner issues and drive success metrics of revenue and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 years sales experience in Telecommunications industry • 5 years sales experience with Channel Partners • Strong history of improving B2B sales of high technology solutions • UC/UCaaS industry or voice/data networks experience preferred • Proven record of success in a channel sales role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Experience with SFDC or similar CRM system • Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills • Ability to form cross-functional relationships and influence others • Adaptability to changes in roles and responsibilities and market trends • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
