Description

• Join Mitto, a leader in CPaaS and omnichannel communication. • Support sales team by identifying business opportunities within enterprise customers. • Conduct research for lead qualification and position Mitto’s solutions. • Collaborate with Account Executives for account strategies and lead management. • Maintain CRM data and stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in a sales development, business development, or junior sales role, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or CPaaS industry. • Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, research, and lead qualification abilities. • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Drive: Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong desire to grow into a full sales role. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization. • Nice To Have: Spanish language is a plus.
