📋 Description

• The Inside Sales Team is responsible for selling group, suite, and season tickets at Oracle Park by executing targeted outbound sales campaigns and building relationships with prospects. • Responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts through outbound and inbound sales activities. • Contributing to the growth of group sales, premium hospitality and season ticket programs. • Handling a high volume of calls (80-100) and emails, with the goal of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-volume sales and/or service environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. • Highly motivated with a desire to have a successful career in the field of sports sales. • Bachelor’s degree.
