📋 Description

• Who We Are: Mode Mobile is the creator of EarnOS, empowering users globally to monetize everyday mobile activities. • We enable users to profit from their data and attention, rather than letting only tech giants benefit. • What sets us apart is our inclusive approach - converting users into earners with stock ownership based on usage. • The Role: Manage communications and ad deliverables with marketing partners, coordinate marketing campaigns, manage spend and agreements. • Create and manage email campaigns, maintain relationships with partners, and ensure campaigns align with standards. • A strong preference for candidates with experience in email marketing, proficiency in HTML, and graphic design capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Minimum 2-4 years in digital marketing, email marketing, or advertising operations. • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, CleverTap, Mailchimp, etc.). • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page design. • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and ad tracking tools. • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software). • Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and external agencies. • Maintain and foster relationships with current marketing partners. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in investor relations or financial services marketing is preferred. • Experience working with or in a marketing agency is preferred. • Understanding of digital advertising trends, regulations, and compliance best practices is preferred.
