Description
• Mohr Management India Private Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven BD Associate for our Global Lease Services division. • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the lease administration market. • Use technology to schedule meetings and generate leads. • Build and maintain relationships with clients. • Conduct market research and provide insights for sales growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. • Strong understanding of real estate and lease administration processes. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales technology tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Relevant sales or real estate certifications are a plus.
