β€’ Act as a subject matter expert for key brand clients. β€’ Conduct outbound prospecting and maintain key relationships to educate current and potential clients on products and services. β€’ Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to drive customer satisfaction and retention. β€’ Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position our products/services as solutions. β€’ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients. β€’ Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs and objectives. β€’ Organize, track and maintain client account and contact information, as well as prospect updates in CRM database. β€’ Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring a smooth and timely renewal process, while maximizing revenue potential. β€’ Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas for growth within existing accounts. β€’ Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines for achieving revenue targets. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment with clients' needs and objectives. β€’ Gather feedback from clients regarding product performance, customer service, and overall satisfaction. β€’ Identify and mitigate churn risks by addressing customer pain points and providing solutions. β€’ Analyze sales/metrics data from your territory to help evolve your strategy. β€’ Maintain retention rate of 90%+.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Business degree and 4-7 years previous Sales experience required. β€’ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas & maintaining high retention rates. β€’ Previous experience within software, technology, publishing, media, and advertising or design market segments preferred. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills. β€’ Experience in planning and implementing Account and Territory Management strategies. β€’ Excellent contract negotiation skills. β€’ Travel required 25%. β€’ Understanding of CRM technology. β€’ Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
