β€’ Monte Carlo is growing its Sales Engineering team to accelerate our rapid growth. β€’ We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented front-line Strategic Sales Engineering Manager - Central/East US to join our team. β€’ You will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts across all customer segments and expanding our footprint with the largest data teams in the world. β€’ You will lead a team of high-performing sales engineering professionals, shape our POV strategy, and foster relationships with key customers. β€’ This role is fully remote.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of recent experience directly managing a team of enterprise sales engineers in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. β€’ 10+ years of full-cycle, B2B sales engineering experience in complex software sales; a successful track record of winning new business at the enterprise and strategic level. β€’ Sales engineering experience in the data sector required. Understanding of at least some of the following: cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts and workflows, BI solutions, and SQL β€’ Strategic account experience - Global 2000, companies with over 10,000 employees, working long sales cycles. β€’ Experience working in startup environments is strongly preferred. β€’ Experience working with consumption-based models. β€’ Experience leading through change and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment
