As a Sales Engineer, you will help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners and provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
5-7+ years of experience as a sales engineer or similar role. Extensive experience collecting requirements, developing solution architectures, leading presentations and teaching prospective users or project teams how to use software similar to Prophecy. Developed software, worked with Apache Spark, pipeline/ETL integrations in the past and want to stay close to the code. Working knowledge of SQL and data processing. A passion for working on complex technical problems and have a strong understanding of how to transform and modernize prospects data pipelines on a large scale. Previous experience in a technical customer-facing role and a strong ability to build relationships with our partners, customers, and open-source users. Able to work PST hours and clients.
