β€’ Responsible for customer onboarding and implementations. β€’ Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation phase. β€’ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

β€’ At least 7+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing implementation roles. β€’ Prior experience implementing B2B SaaS software for customer sizes ranging from small-medium businesses to enterprise level. β€’ Excellent project management skills β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills β€’ Customer-centric mindset β€’ Collaborative attitude β€’ Results-oriented mindset β€’ Ability to make quick and strategic decisions β€’ Some experience with HTML, CSS, Rust APIs, Zapier and basic scripting
