• Moonhub is building AI for global talent • Moonhub powers the world's fastest-growing organizations with AI agents that source, engage, and hire talent at scale • This is a fast-paced role with extensive growth potential for a world-class sales professional • We are hiring a founding sales executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment • You will work directly with our CEO Nancy to close new accounts, champion complex deals end-to-end, and drive large strategic partnerships • Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to land and expand $X M deals • Be responsible for revenue growth • Orchestrate and work with cross-functional teams such as CS, product, and marketing to maximize impact for clients • Drive a high degree of customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Experience running multi-threaded sales cycles with business and operations stakeholders at the executive level • Strong track record of breaking into new accounts and closing high-dollar, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals ($X M+) • An understanding of AI or the ability to learn quickly • Clear, simple, precise communication • A strong network of existing relationships with senior executives at large enterprises • A solutions mindset and demonstrated ability to understand customer challenges and come up with creative solutions.
