Description

• The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by defining scope, managing resources, and coordinating efforts across teams. • Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning and Management: • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Monitor and adjust project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery. • Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. • Team Coordination and Leadership: • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project tasks. • Provide clear direction and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed. • Facilitate regular team meetings and progress reviews to ensure continuous communication and feedback. • Address and resolve any team-related challenges or conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. • Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management: • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and project teams, maintaining open and transparent communication. • Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. • Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and incorporate feedback into project plans when necessary. • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Leadership and Guidance: • Provide strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring goals and objectives are met. • Foster a collaborative, productive work environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication. • Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the project, from team members to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Ability to identify and mitigate risks and resolve conflicts efficiently. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
