📋 Description
• Collaborate with OEM partners to define goals, requirements for OEM programs • Establish and manage relationships with assigned OEMs and regional OEM offices as well as industry partners • Deliver regular status updates and post-launch performance reports to OEM partners and internal leadership • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and industry contacts to raise awareness of Motive and generate new sales opportunities • Provide training, support, and insights to Sales, Operations, Engineering and other internal teams • Identify opportunities for partnership optimization and propose enhancements to Motive’s platform • Project Management and oversight of program specific initiatives • Scope technical, design, and operational requirements in coordination with product and engineering teams • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address blockers • Work closely with product team to ensure OEM requirements are incorporated seamlessly into Motive’s platform
🎯 Requirements
• A strong background in automotive digital solutions and services • 3+ years previous experience managing certified OEM programs • Strong oral and written communication skills
