• This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; • defining the service offer vision and strategy, • collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, • and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle. • Researches and identifies potential new products or service trends and evaluates their potential for success in the targeted marketplace. • Interprets customer & partner needs into new features and new service offerings through collaboration with customers, partners, product marketing, sales, engineering, finance, and other relevant departments. • Develops product planning direction and prioritizes the new product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred • Must have 3+ years of Product Management experience • Must be fluent in product management discipline • Must have excellent verbal and written skills • Must have the ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the company
