• At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment. • Our ecosystem thrives on collaboration, and we’re seeking an Ecosystem Success Manager to drive partnerships, foster synergies, and scale the reach of the Movement network. • As an Ecosystem Success Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships within our ecosystem, driving strategic initiatives that enhance cooperation among our partners, developers, and projects. • Your focus will be on identifying and facilitating high-value partnerships, launching programs to accelerate ecosystem growth, and ensuring cross-functional alignment among internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem management within the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 space • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage and grow partnerships • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and Web3 market dynamics • Proven track record of driving collaborative initiatives and scaling ecosystem-driven growth strategies • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Experience in managing ecosystem programs such as grant initiatives, accelerator partnerships, and strategic collaborations is a plus
