Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in federal civil service, with deep relationships with leadership in federal agencies. • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving collaborative efforts. • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex or sensitive policy issues into accessible messaging for a variety of audiences. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for outreach and engagement. • Previous roles in political strategy or campaign management. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for progressive causes and commitment to social justice.
