β€’ Mpathic is looking for individuals to join as temporary remote customer service agents. β€’ Providing disaster relief assistance and resources. β€’ Both full-time and part-time resources needed between the hours of 7 AM - 11 PM ET seven days a week. β€’ Answer inbound calls and maintain professionalism. β€’ Follow established work instructions and scripts for calls and documentation. β€’ Provide great customer service and actively manage one-on-one relationships with callers.

Requirements

β€’ Must be proficient in English and possess excellent oral and written communication. β€’ Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hrs a week β€’ Must possess basic proficiency with computers and smart phones β€’ Must complete Day Zero certification trainings, Registration Intake, and Helpline training. These are scheduled by FEMA. β€’ You must complete training before getting on the phone. β€’ Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status β€’ Must be 18 years or older β€’ Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and credit check.
