β€’ Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals β€’ Engage in conversations with senior-level contacts regarding business priorities/challenges and explore relevant solution options β€’ Prepare and present detailed proposals and sales presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services and overcome objections β€’ Overcome objections through solution selling and successfully negotiate terms of agreement β€’ Listen and demonstrate interest in the prospect while controlling the conversation and pivoting the direction of the conversation appropriately β€’ Effectively manage the sales process with multiple complex deals across several clients and sales stages β€’ Consistently exceed sales growth objectives β€’ Advance sales opportunities and close sales in a timely manner β€’ Utilize HubSpot data to effectively manage your pipeline and sales results

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5-7 years previous experience in a customer-facing environment β€’ B2B sales β€’ Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals β€’ Highly energetic self-starter; results driven with excellent time management skills β€’ Strong people skills; overcome tough objections; solution sell β€’ Great teammate. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail β€’ Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) β€’ 4-year degree or equivalent experience β€’ Proficient in Salesforce
