Description

• Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day • Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and any general mortgage information • Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR • Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment

Requirements

• 6 months or more with customer service experience • 6 months or more with call center experience
