Description
β’ Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps β’ Collaborate with FM team members to develop customized training programs β’ Facilitate workshops and training sessions β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to embed skills and scenario training β’ Manage relationships with vendors to develop cutting-edge training solutions β’ Maintain awareness of industry trends to enhance learning experiences β’ Conduct training needs assessments and post-program evaluations
Requirements
β’ Minimum Credentialed (i.e., PhD, PharmD, DNP, MD, or equivalent degree) β’ β₯2 years Field Medical experience β’ Medical Affairs experience/knowledge β’ Thorough understanding of Field Medical roles and responsibilities β’ Experience and success in cross-functional teamwork β’ Strong communication and persuasive/influencing skills β’ Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders
