• MSM Technology, LLC is a fast-growing government contracting firm dedicated to delivering high-quality, mission-critical solutions to federal agencies. • Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Capture Manager/Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the federal contracting space. • Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, supporting full scope capture, and engaging with key government customers. • Maintain pipeline to ensure data integrity within CRM and assist in developing winning proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management (Marketing, etc.), or related field (years of experience may be used in lieu of degree). • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in government contracting, business development, and capture management to include strong understanding of federal procurement processes, including RFP, RFQ, and IDIQ processes. • Minimum of 6 years developing business and capture management in IT Services capabilities offerings to the US Federal Government. • Proven track record of winning federal contracts (DHS, DOD, DOS). • Experience with leading and managing capture efforts for new business opportunities, primarily within DOD, DHS, and/or DOS. • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficient with MS Office Suite, (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency with CRM tools, GovWin, SAM.gov, and other business intelligence platforms. • Familiarity with APMP and/or Shipley Capture Management experience.
