Description

β€’ Oversee client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition. β€’ Monitor KPIs related to onboarding and enhance client satisfaction. β€’ Maintain communication with clients and address concerns. β€’ Conduct customized product demonstrations for clients. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team for smooth client handover. β€’ Develop onboarding materials for client understanding. β€’ Gather client feedback for potential product improvements. β€’ Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction. β€’ Mentor onboarding team members for continuous improvement.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, sales engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. β€’ Proven experience in managing onboarding processes and developing educational materials. β€’ Strong technical acumen with the ability to conduct customized product demos and provide technical guidance. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams. β€’ Track record of improving client satisfaction and contributing to successful onboarding experiences. β€’ Leadership and coaching skills, with experience in team development and performance management. β€’ Ability to handle escalations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
