📋 Description

• Muck Rack is the leading SaaS platform for public relations and communications professionals. • We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing payroll systems across the U.S. and international locations. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal employee payroll inquiries and maintain payroll process documentation. • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure payroll taxes are accurately processed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years managing payroll independently. • 3+ years of international payroll experience, specifically handling payroll in Ireland, Bulgaria, UK, and Canada. • Strong expertise in payroll tax compliance and 401(k) plan administration. • Proficiency in ADP payroll systems. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles across different time zones. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in payroll processing. • Preferred: Experience with Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and familiarity with Canadian leave management policies. Experience with payroll, 401K and workers compensation audits. • Experience moving payroll from an international Employer of Record to a company entity.
