Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the robotics or industrial automation industry • Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and their applications • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel as needed
